Environmental Label
The hotel was audited to measure its environmental impact as part of the environmental labelling scheme for the hotel industry introduced by ADEME and the French Ministry for Ecological Transition. Supported by Betterfly Tourism, a publisher of solutions tailored to tourism operators wishing to make a concrete commitment to sustainable development, the score was qualified on the basis of 4 indicators:
- CO2 emissions per guest
- Water consumption per guest
- Energy consumption per guest
- Proportion of organic or eco-labelled purchases
